From the very beginning, DanceCraft classes follow a pattern of work that evolves as the children grow.
We place children in suitable classes where they will feel happy and secure.
We do everything we can to fully prepare our children for their regular performances for family and friends, encouraging discussion and role-playing in class. This ensures that every performance is a happy, magical experience for all.
SATURDAY MORNING SCHOOL
SEPTEMBER CLASS TIMES
*PLEASE CONTACT US FOR NEW CLASS TIMES BEING TRIALED FROM OCT./NOV. READY FOR JANUARY TERM.
(This class is run especially for our little dancers around the age of 3yrs., as and when necessary. For young children that may just need more hugs! Summer course now successfully completed, any new courses TBA do let us know if you are interested).
Our Little M Class is the perfect place for our youngest children to start their magical dance journey.
*Parents are always welcome to join us, sit in and watch classes or even work with their little dancer whilst she finds her feet!
Team One... 10.00 - 10.30am
Another Class for our young children to start out on their magical dance journey. Once settled into their class, children will soon be confident enough to dance without their parent and will be able to concentrate and enjoy their dance class with their peers.
Team Two 10.30 - 11.00am (Extended after Xmas).
By now the children will be attending 'Big School' or will have been taking dance class for a little while. This class will cover different styles of dance and later will include Tap Dancing.
Team Three 11.00 - 11.40am
A mixed genre dance & performance class for our Junior dancers.
The children will now be growing more confident and will work on their performance and presentation skills.
Team 4 11.40 - 12.20pm
Dance & performance class for our older juniors into early senior aged children.
A class for girls that love to dance and perform.
Also, some dancers will now start to show an interest in assisting with the younger students, we love that they do this and give them all the encouragement and extra tuition they need.
12.20 - 1pm
Class for girls that have danced and performed with us for many years. Some of which will now be taking part in auditions, shows, performances and training outside of DanceCraft. We are always extremely proud of them and support them all the way.
A class for Dancers that just love to dance!
Senior school pupils that wish to keep up their dance training, become teaching assistants with the opportunity to work with younger dancers as well as interact with parents. The girls will develop their own choreography and teaching skills. They will also learn how to arrange and put on performances by helping front stage, backstage, side stage and of course on stage. Not forgetting, it is great to just enjoy being with dancer friends, catching up and dancing their cares away after a busy week's schedule... we believe dance should be 'Exercise for the body, heart and mind'.
Fees are payable termly in advance. Thank you.
Any classes cancelled that cannot be covered, will either be carried over to the next term, an alternative class offered either in person, online or refunded in full.
Classes cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control are not refunded, for example, severe weather conditions, gales, snow & ice - Government Lockdown e.g. rules due to Covid-19.
*Occasionally classes may need to be restructured. This will be carried out with prior notice and the minimum of disruption.
PARENTS ALWAYS ACCOMPANY THEIR CHILD INTO THE DANCE HALL.
A PARENT MUST STAY ON THE PREMISES WHILST THEIR CHILD IS IN CLASS.
